Florentina Brings Great Experience to the table, she Is Our Operations Director and has first-hand experience in the UK as a Senior Registered Nurse.

My journey start in 2006 when I took a job in UK as Senior Healthcare Assistant, I applied to a UK company and its at is the time when I met Adrian at a seminar then an interview in Romania. 
The recruitment process was easy and straight forward, everything was explained very clearly, I had lots of support from Adrian and his team, my work placement & contract along with my visa application were processed quickly and very efficiently. Everything was transparent from the off-set, and I had continued support of Adrian and his team throughout the process, on travel and arrival in the UK all was arranged, even after I started working I received continual support.
My determination and hard work help me to become a Senior Registered Nurse in UK, it has given me the opportunity to work and gain experience in private healthcare industry and national healthcare service.
I have now decided to have a career change and help others, hence why Blackberry Healthcare Recruitment Limited has been created in partnership with Adrian & Myself, it’s a perfect mix, Adrian has the skills in Recruitment & HR, and I have the Nursing & Care experience in the UK along with the knowledge of my journey a perfect recipe!
